    The plan starts the day it’s purchased but I think it would be better if it starts either the day the item is received(mine was shipped to me) or installed.

    Be prepared to spend triple their quote just to be seen for an appointment, or several hundred dollars if they have the parts and do the work, then hold your car hostage for a massive installation bill. Scam

    Geek squad service has been hit or miss from my experience. It's saved my butt a few times and others it has been completely useless and more of a headache than anything else. If you can afford it, I guess its a good idea.

    Great blender, does get stuck when not enough liquid added to fruit. Blade does get dawl ocer time with use. Recommend getting warranty

    Car stereo does not keep the time... I have called more than once trying to get an appointment to get this looked at since it was purchased and installed at Best Buy. I have not been able to get an appointment so far. The last time I called, I was on hold forever and then your computer system went down. Also the backup camera does not work because it is not hooked up.
