    I always protect any major device or appliance with geek squad. I'm a technically capable person, but i can't fix hardware issues and paying someone else to replace parts and pay for service can be well over what you'd pay for geek squad....

    This is such a small price for a peace of mind. Hopefully won't have to use it, but if we have to, Best Buy's Geek Squad is the best!

    The trouble with this product is that it keeps freezing up, it keeps dropping the Bluetooth while I’m in the middle of a call.

    Be careful when ordering online at Bestbuy. I ordered a product and they sent me a used one in poor condition and I paid for a new, unused product. Also, the customer service is the worst. I will never buy there again.

    Bought this radio as an open box item in excellent condition. Scheduled my install appointment and had it installed to find out the radio is defective. Now I have to wait a week for them to uninstall it and return it. I wish they would do a better job inspecting open box items. Sincerely, Disappointed Customer
