For four years of any Best Buy protection on radio and speakers who could pass it up. And if they cannot fix it. Upgrade is covered.

I find that this protection plan is a must buy because they will replace a blown out speaker for free which could come in handy fr the future.

Good idea to buy warranty with this complicated of a head unit. The unit is so high tech that I thought it best to get warranty.
