Great movie - blue ray is a must for the special effects. Woody provides great comic relief.

Great flick about the end of the world. But every scene has someone running.

Well done "end of days" movie. exciting plot, good acting.

I did not enjoy the first half an hr but the rest are pretty good.

First, the blu ray is under the control of SONY for the first 30 minutes and you WILL watch the full boring 30 minutes of commercials SONY shoves down your throat. You have NO choice in the matter. Then comes the movie. At about the 1.5 hour point I was soooo bored I checked the package to see just how long the movie was. 2 hours, 38 minutes! And that is after the first 30 minutes of commercial! Wife says "just wait, its almost over". We had another HOUR to go! "We are all going to die" is a theme way overused in this boring flick. We are all going to die! We are all going to die!! The special effects were good but it is hard to enjoy this with all the screaming 'We ARE ALL GOING TO DIE". DVD extras? I could not wait to get that blu ray out of the player to be concerned about extras. What you get is a lot more than what you want.

I was in the mood to watch the world end, I was very satisfied.

This was a great movie and the blue-ray made it even better.

This movie was vastly over rated! Did not live up to my expectations! Was very disappointed in the movie as a whole. I saw a better rendition of this type of 2012 Event on the Discovery Channel ! This is a Movie that was poorly done,and one that I would not recommend it to anyone.

This film may not be great by any stretch of the imagination, but it is a fun movie and it looks amazing on blu-ray. If you enjoy chaos and destruction, by all means. It's cheap anyway.

2012 has some great special effects probably the best special effects of any movie. The problem with the movie is the story. It could have been alot better. Still worth watching for the CGI though.

I was expecting a lot better special effects and more different kinds of diasters than there was.

If you have no sense of reality or no creative insight then this is the movie for you. This was almost as bad as Doomsday (the worst movie ever made) , but not by much. Save yourself from this fate by having a love one slap you in the face for two hours. Trust me that would be more entertaining for both you and them.

I wish I could give this no stars. This is one of the worst movies ever made, and that I have ever seen. Acting is atrocious, story and plot is ridiculous. And this movie defies the laws of physics. Just plain stupid.

plot doesn't make sense!! Very unrealistic CGI . Liberal Hollywood at its worst. too bad you cant return it!!!!
