Had a very unpleasant experiance with my LG refrigerator, so with round 2 did not want a Korean made product. Seems like every brand has its issues but after all the reviews, GE has the least negative reviews about it. We have had the product for two months now and works great, Ice maker great. Only thing i can complain about is the water dispenses at an awkward angle when you put your glass under it, just an adjustment I needed to get use to. Also be careful if you pay attention to detail, For us the model Best Buy had on the floor was not the same series that was in current production (was a older version). So the model was the same but was a different version of it and that meant there was cosmetic changes to it. For use was a big deal because the version we received did not have the nice finishing touches the one on display had. The sales rep had no idea why they were different, a call to GE and found out it was the same model just a different series, made at a different time in the year. Just pay attention to the finishing touches from whats displayed to what is actually brought to your house. Overall GE product is very nice.

Probably the worst fridge I have bought. I purchased this fridge back in February 2022. It wasn’t delivered until June 16th 2022. Everything seemed to be going well until it stopped cooling. Both freezer and the fridge stopped cooling. Now, I have called GE warranty service 3 times. They have replaced 8 parts including the mother board. This is so disappointing. I will not buy this product again. I honestly, returned all my GE appliances.

Like this fridge, easy to replace water filter, lots of storage in door

This is nice fridge. Very well laid out with lots of space. However, has alot of cheap plastic items. All the freezer shelves are plastic. Plastic is the worst materiial to conduct air temps. The hit water knob feels cheap as well. The doors are thick and need to open wider for easier access.

The GE Café line is very good quality, but there are a few things they could improve. 1) The variable drive motor is very noisy. I am getting used to it, but it is a little annoying. 2) The interior LED lights are a little dim. Could be brighter or adjustable. 3) It has two veggie/fruit drawers and one deli drawer at the bottom. I think three veggie/fruit drawers and two deli drawers would give you more options.

Looks great, love the LCD panel with controls, hot water dispenser is very handy and precise water fill is great. Interior lighting is really nice and bright.

Nice looking, ice, water and hot water in the door is smooth Stadium lighting in fridge is cool Downer is it has to sit out from the counter due to the deep doors, makes it not really counter depth

Beautiful fridge, very nice features but too small for our needs. Freezer was larger than some counter depth models but we needed refrigerator space.

Was worried we would really miss the large Samsung but this fridge is a great size for 2 seniors! Freezer space is fine although less than we are used to. Nice to have a fridge that doesn’t protrude as much as out old one did . Very happy so far.

We have had this about 30 days. Right after the factory warranty expired The door for the ice portion broke. Thank goodness we got the Best Buy warranty.

This fridge is great for tea lovers, especially when you have lots of friends that love drinking tea 24/7. I don't have to worry about adding water in the kettle and waiting for it to heat up. The fridge heats up the water in about a minute and safely dispenses out the hot water. Perfectly safe for home with little children.
