I like TV series but this one is boring............

Season 1 of 24 stars Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer. Jack Bauer works in the Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) based out of Los Angeles California. He puts his all into his job and ends up juggling the demands of protecting Senator David Palmer and his family from being assassinated (Senator David Palmer is played by Dennis Haysbert also known as the Allstate Insurance guy) and looking after his daughter Kim. Kim ran away when Jack Bauer and his wife Teri were about to talk to Kimberly about a personal family issue. Things get even more complicated when Jack Bauer learns that there is a mole within his own agency and his daughter Kim and her friend Janet have been kidnapped. Of course, there is so much more to 24 than what I just listed an Season 1 of the 24 series definitely keeps a person in suspense. There is even information online about certain key addresses such as for 2350 Dunlop Plaza in Los Angeles California to be an office building location for the hour sequence of 1-2 am in the 24 tv series of season 1 (listed via online wikia).

The first season of 24 set a new standard for television drama. One of the first things that jumps out at you is that the show runs in real time! A one-hour episode is equivalent to one hour in the show itself! It's the only show of its kind, and it delivers suspense, drama, an action at every turn! Follow along with Jack Bauer, director of the Los Angeles Counter Terrorist Unit as he tries to stop an assassination plot on a presidential candidate. The drama ensues as you quickly discover that the ultimate enemy could very well be one of Jack's own. You will be hooked by the end of the first episode! A phenomenal plot and an overall well-done production lead me to give this one 5 stars!

This show is one of the greatest shows of all time. I did not start watching until it was already on dvd but when I first saw it I became hooked. I would go back to the movie store twice a day to get the next disc in the set. This show has 24 episodes and each episode it one hour in that one day equaling 24 hours for one whole day. The story revolves around Jack Bauer, the head of the counter terrorist unit, he must stop a conspircy to kill a presidential canidate. He must save this man as well as his family. Everyone that I have ever had watch this show has loved it. Check it out today.

24 is very addictive, each hour keeps you in suspense and you can't wait to see the next hour. I did not watch the series on TV because if you miss one episode you are lost and a week is too long to wait for the next one. Instead of taking 24 weeks to watch it, I saw it in 2 weeks. The only bad thing about it is that it comes in a special Gold tin box which got a couple of dings in it during shipping and it does not match the other 6 series boxes. I would prefer the whole set matches.

Oh my god i love this series , Awsome plot that uses real time to tell the story in 24 hours , to me the first season is the best and the acting is supreme , jack bauer is one of my favorite Tv Characters . Overall this gets an awsome 10.00 really just buy it

24 is by far the most amazing action packed show on television. I have watched this season at least 7 times all the way through. The concept of this show is fun and original. The show never ceases to amaze me. Every season is worth the purchase.

this is a great season you have to get this...... it has more great episodes for hours and hours of fun..... get it....... its one of the best out of the whole series..... i would highly recommend it.....
