It's still not installed, more than a month after ordering it. Hopefully Best Buy will correct the problem.

Love product - Disappointed at Customer Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall we are pleased with the help we received selecting the correct trim kit. It was easy to assemble. The directions we very intuitive. It looks great. We were disappointed with trying to get the face cover replaced. The face cover was shipped with a dent in it. We contacted LG & Best Buy. Both required we uninstall all the brackets of the trim kit and put them back in a box and bring them back to the store or ship back to LG. This requires a lot of work and time. We only needed the face cover replaced. It was frustrating that neither company's customer service and support tried to make it easy for the customer. We just needed the face cover replaced and neither company would just sent the face cover which was disappoint, because it could be a lot less expensive.

Absolutely terrible.

Most pieces are bent/warped. Measurements required for installation must be perfectly precise, within 1/64 of an inch, or less. All the more challenging when product is warped.
