I purchased this mainly for the collection of 3D images by Harold Lloyd. There is a slide show narrated by his granddaughter that is about 12 minutes long, very unique part of 3D history. This disc also includes an entire movie (Sword of Granada), I have not watched the entire movie yet, but the 3D was very pronounced in the scenes I watched. Among other things it has a promotional film for and early home movie camera that was also fascinating.

3-D Rarities II is a informative follow up to 3-D Rarities I and belong in every 3-D television owners collection. 3-D Rarities II follows up with over 40 years of 3-D movie history and covers titles of interest in 3-D international film production. Viewers again are treated to 3-D oddities, features and informative 3-D cinema pieces from film archives presented and meticulously restored by Flicker Alley. Like Volume I, Volume II has content that may not be of central interest for a 3-D viewer, but all is historically significant and thanks to Flicker Alley, the content is restored beautifully and preserved.

Flicker Alley puts so much care into their blu-ray releases, and 3D Rarities is no exception. This is a must own for fans of 3D history.

Plenty of pop-out moments as well as expertly composed images with great depth and detail. If you are a fan of 3D, this is for you!

This blu-ray has some decent vintage 3-D footage and films, but the best part is the 3-D still photos taken with a vintage 3-D camera.
