Love this lens!! I had been looking to get a 50mm lens, and when I saw this one at best buy I got it. I mean the price was right, and the guy working there gave me all the information I need to know about it. It still is taking the great photos it was meant to.

I hope they come through if I need it, but I've had good luck with Best Buy for many years now. My wife has had very good experiences with the Geek Squad protection.

Geek squad is a great option for your devices, have had to use them many times without a hassle. I truly recommend this plan for all of your mid to high end purchases. They do not makes products like they use to and it’s great to have a plan to back you up when something goes wrong. They will come out to your home to install and fix your products.

I was so thankful that I had purchased the two year Accidental Geek Squad Protection when I bought my Canon EF 100mm 2.8 Macro IS lens. 23 months after buying my lens, the Image Stabilizer stopped working. Best Buy couldn't fix it so they gave me a brand new lens.

Got the geek squad insurance on the canon 80D and 24-70mm Lens. Turned both in because they started to have problems on our end. They fixed the 80D in no time and had it sent back to our house. The 24-70 was unable to be fixed and we received store credit for the price we paid for the lens which we did not know we were getting. Would highly recommend because you never know.

Would reccomend this to keep your purchase in great working condition.

Extremely wise decision. Think of it this way... Spend 1000 on a lens, and one of your aperture blades malfunctions, now you're out a grand. Or spend 150 more, and save yourself the grief of contacting the manufacturer, waiting on the phone for hours, just to find out they can't help you. Geek squad has walk in appointments, so you can talk to a human being, so all issues are resolved. "Still not buying the plan? 'oh no baby, what is ya doing?'"

I always buy geek squad warranties because I don’t have to worry about the product, they take care of everything.

Lens was cheap and very good. Would buy again. Definitely enjoy how the pictures come out.

I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy because I love the Geek Squad warranty. I've never had an issue with it.

I haven't had the chance to use this service yet *knock on wood* thankfully! But the peace of mind that comes with it after making such a large financial investment? You can't put a price on that.

I bought this Geek Squad protection plan because of the good experiences I have had with them on some of my other electronic devices that had problems way over my capabilities to handle. They have fixed my devices in timely manners; I've learned to trust them. Also they are in-town and convenient to me.

My tv was an open box and Best Buy allowed me to insure it with a Geek Squad plan - even though it had been used prior. This was the perfect option to get a TV I really wanted and not worry about it breaking because it was used. So far, I love my TV and have not had to worry about getting it fixed or replaced.

Love my camera and haven’t had any issues since getting it!

Camera is a workhorse! It can handle rapid fire sports photography and weddings. File size is very large but allows for any adjustments if tgey are needed.

I dont buy any tech without buying geek squad protection unfortunately you cant get geek squad protection with Apple products but anything else its the best protection out!!

It's good to have protection wherever I am. I live on the road full time and don't have the ability to wait around at home for an RMA to show up.
