This is my first laptop purchase. I was happy with it, except the battery didn’t hold a charge very well, and somehow I lost my operating system (let someone borrow)and now waiting for it to be fixed. I am happy with my purchase. Just taking awhile for manufacturer to fix.

Your Best Buy associate named Tommy, who sold me the projector, was great, helpful, kind and patient. He also sold me a great project. We love our projector and it's lumins are more than sufficient to project brightly and well.

Have a geek maintenance for my I pad and thank goodness I have not had to use it but I have had them in the past and were very welcoming

I have bought HP laptops from Best Buy for years and years. The geek squad is always helpful and my WebCam was fine. User being an idiot lol, there’s a shutter on the web cams now they’re used to not be.

I get these protection plans for pretty much everything over $100, due to I find it beneficial when I have had things go bad shortly after the manufacturer warrantee. And if it is deemed "broke" beyond repair, they'll give you your money back on a gift to purchase something else.

The agent was very informative and provided me all the answers I needed. They went above and beyond and even gave me a deal on my geek squad warranty for my ASUS rogue strix g18 on any and all internals even if it was broken by accident. They were very kind and friendly but also smart and knowledgeable and quick to the point and did not waste my time or try to upsell me. They were honest and have integrity and they are a quality warranty I totally recommend this.

This is a most have because I had 2 laptops since 2016 that kept causing problems and had spent a lot of money on repairs. I got fed up with laptops messing up every time so hopefully if my new laptop has issues it be within the extended warranty .

Great use for a high school teen Has durability to it as well. My kid loves leaving it in random places. Uses for high school, games, and movies. No complaints
