Always handy and reassuring for someone like me who is prone to breaking things

I have not had to use this yet, but on the off chance you need it, it is going to save you some serious cash. At the very least, your laptop will most likely not be holding a charge that well by the end of two years, and you can get your battery replaced. Overall, it will either save you cash or at minimum give you a peace of mind. I travel for work so the protection plan is going to keep me worry free about replacing it should something happen (although I will do my best to prevent that!)

They’re Great! The Greek Squad installed my virus protection on my laptop. It was very difficult and they took control of my computer and got the job done!

Small, but works great. My daughter loves it for her first gaming laptop. We got a gamig laptop because it fits the space we live it but it works great, and does everything she wants.

Having bought this with a replacement laptop for my daughter it was inexpensive insurance against catastrophe should a problem arise while she was getting used to the new equipment. This is a great and powerful 2-1 laptop that is very to use as a tablet. The pen works perfectly and that size of the screen makes it easy to carry and handle as a tablet. I recommend the product, I liked it so much that I bought another one for my other kid.

The geek squad is a godsend. It is convenient and helpful to know I can rely upon the in-store staff to keep my most valued electronics in tip-top shape. I buy the 3-year coverage for my goods so that I am always assured to not have to purchase a new computer is something happens.

After many visits and disappointments, the manager Jeff step-in and I was able to get my questions answered. The team was great that serviced my computer with a great turn around time. The setup my new computer and provided excellent customer service.

I've tried different services, including Apple service. Geek Squad service beats all of them hands down. The tech person can usually work on your device remotely. You can have the service for more than one device. The service includes 1 year accident protection. It's a great bargain!

I wish it had a touchscreen, but I didn't pay attention when I bought it, and unfortunately, the return period was too short. c

I recommend this for anyone purchasing any electronic item or product that you may need technical support for. It always helps to have someone else's help when it comes to these things.

I buy this “just in case”, Never really thinking I would use it. But accidents happen in this year my cord got caught on a cabinet knob and yanked my laptop out of my hands and cracked the corner of my laptop. They could fix it and I was so surprised when I got a check for the whole amount.

The geek squad at cascade store in Portland are helpful and excellent in providing service. One of these plans was able to replace a broken screen on brand new computer, this saved me over 350.00 and was invaluable!! This is a guarantee I always try to purchase if it makes sense with the item replacement cost. It took me two failed Chromebook to realize that with items that tend to break easily adding a Geek Squad guarantee will give you peace of mind. Because it is very likely that electronics will malfunction before we are ready for an upgrade.

You buy anything decently priced please get this! Best money spent. Bought alienware and would never not buy this protection. You just never know when you will need it and get at least two years bc a lot doesnt happen in first year sometimes
