Simple and easy very cheap very Worthy guaranteed satisfaction in my opinion

Fortunately, I never had to use it, but I did use it on a cell phone, earlier in the year. Seamless. Also, just having the peace of mind, in case of accidents/clumsiness, is well worth it. Also, even though my credit cards offer similar protection, I feel much more comfortable dealing with the Geek Squad, in person. Side note: at least in the store that I shop at, they are knowledgeable, helpful, and personable

Good service for setting up my TV a couple of years ago but to expensive for me as I onlyvused it one time after that for setting up my printer. The membership only knocks off a small percentage for services which doesn't justify the $200 a year fee. I would have saved more by just paying the full price. Also when I tried to set up appointment for my printer set up by phone I was on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up.

Geek squad was there to assist me with repair order when I dropped my Samsung notebook and the display and was no longer operable.

I had an issue with a computer I just bought 6 months ago from Best Buy... they were great, made an appointment, they assessed it.... determined it was a hardware issue, shipped it back to the manufacturer... the manufacturer fixed the problem and had it back to Geek Squad in about a week. They tested the computer before I picked it up... When I got it home everything worked like a brand new computer, no more problems... Geek Squad rocks

Have always had a fantastic job with Geek squad, Super impressed with how knowledgeable they are on basic stuff. Actually pretty impressed on l i'm helpful they've been for more complicated stuff as well. Very impressed with the fact that when they don't know an answer they don't send you away they help you find a solution.

This Protection Plan just makes sense for us to have. I love the new laptop computer and I need to keep it working. Since the computer is a laptop, it is constantly "on the move" around the house. I love my wife, however, she is accident prone (and she freely admits it!) and we have a bit of a rambunctious pooch, so accidents can happen. Therefore it made sense to get this Protection Plan with our new and constantly used laptop computer!

Always worth getting especially if you not tech savy they also come to your home. Helped a lot when mom used, I don’t like how scammer use geek squad to gain access to people computer and hold for ransom.

I wasn't very tech savvy at the time of purchase. I went in for help with the Geek squad because I couldn't figure out why the keyboard and mouse wouldn't work lol. It was a quick fix by just putting the batteries in (I felt so dumb lol)... anywho, Thanks so much Geek Squad!

I've needed the GeekSquad protection plan twice for two high-value items. It was a lifesaver to have as I was refunded via a gift card and was able to replace both items. The process was smooth, quick and the technicians were incredibly helpful!

I absolutely love this laptop! It works so much faster than my Dell and I will be going with HP from now on. I also like the touchscreen. Unfortunately, i just dropped water on it so Geeksquad to the rescue!

The extended protection is well worth its weight. I highly recommend buying this extra insurance.

have not had to use it, but I am happy that if an accident occurs Geek Squad has you covered.

This a must for any gaming console. Especially for a launch console. Better safe than sorry. Also, if you can't live without your console for a day or so, this is a must.
