I recently had the chance to use Geek Squad for some tech support and honestly, I was very impressed. From start to finish, the experience was professional, friendly, and effective.

It's a lot bigger than I anticipated, but it is quiet. But due to size, make sure you have room. There's a filter screen on the bottom. So carpets and homes with multiple pets, getting it up off the floor might be a good idea. Lastly, the button on the top will turn off the LEDs on the fans and front panel only. There's an app from the vendor, so I'll check if it gets the CPU cooler and RAM.

Amazing gaming pc at a great price. I was originally going to build my own pc but due to the inflated prices on gpu's and processors it was too expensive. The gpu in this pc is currently selling for almost $700 by it self. This tower is a great value considering the current cost of the gpu alone. I have been able to play AAA titles with no problem. I only had to upgrade the ram. Otherwise it's a ready to go gaming pc out of the box for $1000. Also the tower is one of the nicer looking ones I've seen with the pre built gaming pc's. Also was a great bonus getting the keyboard and mouse. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Would recommend as long as you read the fine print and make SURE you know what you’re getting. Was initially told they could repair it because it was an accident. But BestBuy made everything right and replaced my $600 monitor for FREE :) ( there are certain codes that mean different types of Coverage and I’m not a doctor so )

This is my son’s first gaming computer. I bought it for him for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He can do so much with it. He can go online and play several different games like World of Warcraft Fortnite and even Roblox I definitely recommend this PC for anybody that’s looking to get into online gaming.

One of the best PCs for a budget, i bought this 3 weeks ago and i LOVE IT overall fantastic, no problems with it, im impressed with it as my first ever desktop, can stream ark survival ascended, destiny, valorant without a problem, MUST RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE.

I purchased this pre-built PC for my 14 yr old son and he loves it! It runs fast, quiet and smooth. The set-up was easy and took less than 30 minutes. Great option for someone that is intimidated by building their own PC, but still wanting that customized product!

A very powerful PC I absolutely love how fast it got here and I hope to see a lot more of these kinds of PCs made and I would love to see more cheaper prices but a very good combo with the intel i9 and the Nvidia 4070.

This is my first gaming pc. I think it is overall good with the sale price I got. The PC arrived packaged well but the box must have gotten wet during the shipping process (will see if this will be a problem). The computer is working as intended but the fan is a bit loud even in idle mode.

Great purchase I use this computer for medium gaming runs games well up to 100+ frames just make sure you use a good monitor and this device holds up Its snappy and fast and looks cool
