It’s a very great product . I purchased it for my husband for Christmas and he’s obsessed with it . 10 out of 10 would recommend to purchase.

Bough this service for a Insta 360 x4. Had an accident in my motorcycle and the camera was damaged. Bestbuy asked no questions and provided a replacment camera which at the time was $50 more expensive but I was not charged for the diferrence!

I’m giving 5 stars to the Best Buy 2-Year Protection Plan because it truly gives peace of mind. In my case, just knowing that any issues with the product are covered without having to deal with the manufacturer or wait forever makes a huge difference. The claims process is clear, fast, and the customer service has always been professional and helpful.

Geek Squad is a mixed bag. They're convenient for quick fixes and basic tech support, especially if you've already bought your device at Best Buy. Their technicians vary in skill, so you might get lucky and find someone truly helpful, or you might end up frustrated. Prices can be high, and sometimes it feels like they push unnecessary services. If you're comfortable troubleshooting yourself, you might find cheaper solutions elsewhere. But for that "I need help now" feeling, Geek Squad can be a lifesaver.
