This is one of the "Just in Case" stories.....after losing data in previous years, I urge everyone to get the extra protection offered !!!

Have not had to use the three year support from the geek squad and I'm sure it's because of the superior quality of the products you sell.

They take care of your everything. When you call they will walk you through and if they can't help on the phone they are readily available

I used this three times during the year and was glad I had purchased it. Next time I was more careful in selecting a computer.

I love this group they are most helpful and can fix just about anything remotely, but sometimes you have to take your items into the store!

This policy is a great coverage for anyone wanting to protect their investment. Unless you have property insurance that provides better coverage, you should get this coverage plan...

Geek Squad is very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. If I had a problem I would contact Geek Squad. Highly recommend them

I always purchase geek squad because when I have the protection nothing happens to the computer. It is when I do not something happens.

No matter the problem they fix it, can't bring product in the remote fix it. I only buy at best buy so I can get these guys coverage

When you buy a high-dollar item you might as well purchase the protection plan to protect it it's really not that much more

Computers are temperamental, so this level of protection provides piece of mind. The Geek Squad has always served me well.

I don't buy electronics without this. It's worth it to know you can phone a friend and not rely on sub par vendor product support.

They stand-by there protection plan's. I wish the still covered Apple Products. I'm a student and I don't like Apple Care!
