Turns out it was a piece of clothing stuck, but luckily we had bought the protection plan to help in case we ever needed it. Saves on calling others to service appliance.

So having a little extra peace of mind for larger purchases is worth it. The benefits provided in Best Buy's protection plan are best in class.

Bought protection for my Samsung refrigerator

Have not quite reached one year yet, and have not yet needed the extended warranty.
