Easy to install the water line for the ice maker. I love the look and especially that fingerprints do not show on it. Very user friendly. I also love the chime alert if the doors are not closed completely. Very nice product and priced reasonably.

My KitchenAid refrigerator delivered November 2018 quit cooling over two weeks ago. It took many hours on hold to get an appointment, which took 8 days to have. The technician diagnosed that the less than 2 year old refrigerator needed both a compressor and an evaporator coil. He sent that info into AIG, which seems to service the Geek Squad warranty. His labor was approved, the parts are "on review" and have been such for 8 days (6 business days). I have been without a refrigerator for 17 days. There still is no appointment or plan for repair. I haven't tallied my time on-line or on-hold with all the different entities dealing with this, but it's been over 10 hours over these past two weeks. More than half of the time, I never got to speak to a person. In fact, on multiple occasions I would wait on-hold for over an hour only to be disconnected or sent to another hold line. I have been a loyal customer, purchasing multiple computers, printers, appliances, televisions, streaming boxes, etc. My "customer service liaison", and some members of the Geek Squad have been downright demeaning. I am not a happy customer.

Love my New fridge amazing so much ice fitted perfect

This is our secondary of this refrigerator... the second one is as beautiful as the first one! The first one took about 3 weeks to die on us and not refrigerate anything with some water spillage. The second one did the same but within 3 days of installation! WT(you know what)!? We use Sabbath Mode and everything stopped! Everything! As a result... water from upper ice maker started to spill all over... hundreds of dollars of new food items are gone AGAIN in the garbage, and we have been sponging the mess! So frustrating! We are back to having no fridge...

The technician that I talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable. She was patient with my questions,friendly and professional.

These guys impressed me once the replacement was available. Originally had 2 freezers delivered, one had a bad door seal. These guys were very careful and friendly getting one replaced. Very happy with outcome.

Love the look of the fridge and the storage capacity, but there are some major flaws. The ice machine is built into the fridge door and won't stay cold enough, so the ice cubes become an ice junk, not allowing the ice to come out. the bottom drawer freezer, constantly get ice build up, causing the drawer not to close properly. I should have researched this fridge before buying it. The wifi worked once and hasn't worked since!

The agents had to come back to change the water line and level the doors. They kept their promise and did a great job!

Great refrigerator; plenty of space inside and on door shelves. Best feature is the middle drawer for cheese, lunch meat and bread. The installers were very nice and did a great job
