We purchased a 5 year warranty for a Samsung all in one washer dryer that stopped working after 30 days. We had issues getting service on the product so Samsung refunded just the cost of the unit not the extended warranty or the pedistal or anything else. I asked the MOD to refund the extended warranty and he did. I was very happy even though the product purchased from Best Buy was a Rotten Apple.

Had a washing machine tear up on me they sent the guy out to look at it very professional very easy to work with so I would 100% get the geek squad it was going to cost more to fix than replace it so they just replaced it with the same product very very satisfied

They came and fixed my refrigerator and smoothly work and I am very satisfied

have purchased it in past on more expensive products. great value and the service team that comes out is excellent and very knowledgeable. would definitely recommend for expensive purchases.

I had bought a new washer and my mom was home when they arrived to install it. My mother said they were so nice and the guy saved us from having to call a plumber because the water valves were so corroded. He was able to connect everything and I am blowing away by how nice the new washer is. Theses are the reasons I made sure I buy my expensive things from Best Buy not these other large retailers that just don't care about there customers. I also reached out to buy the extended warranty because of our experience. Thanks guys

I wanted to try something other than LG. These 2 items were less money n work just as well

It’s already come in handy when I had a minor issue with my washer; Geek Squad made the process simple, and the service tech was professional and knowledgeable. The plan covers a lot more than just repairs, including parts and labor, and even accidental damage in some cases. It’s reassuring to know I’m covered for unexpected problems, especially with high-value items. The only thing to keep in mind is that some claims may require scheduling a visit, which can take a few days depending on availability. But overall, it’s a small price to pay for three years of hassle-free support.

I bought the Extended Service Agreement for our new Washer, SideKick Washer & Dryer that we bought at Best Buy for several reasons: 1- Piece of Mind - No worries for 5 Years 2- Much Lower Cost than similar offering direct from the Manufacturer! 3- Much Longer Coverage than similar offering direct from the Manufacturer! 4-Since we bought the Top-Of-The-Line Appliances with Steam, controls on the door, etc., there are more things that could possibly go wrong. Ah, piece of mind!

I got the extended warranty for LG washing machine I bought. And the more I thought I bought it. I wanna pay $180 so I returned it. Because I didn’t really like the washing machine so I figured if it died that I was just get another one.

I have always purchased the product protection plan with anything of value like my laptop, tablet, and refrigerator. I have never had any issues with the plans. I have had to use them when my laptop battery and poercords gave out but they were replaced with no issues other than having to wait for the battery since it was not in stock. Highly recommend purchasing a plan to protect any electronics and appliances.

Efficient and quiet. I’m just now having my 1st issues with the machine, a weird noise in spin cycle. But the geek squad is on it!

Purchasing this has given me peace of mind knowing that if something happens after one year, I will be able to acquire service as needed

The tech came and also taught me some tricks to car for my washer and that was great!
