The agent help me connect my t.v. and receiver that was suppose to happen but he couldn't help me to figure it out so i found out on my own but he tried his best

I have owned a continuous Geek Squad service / technical support agreement since the creation of Geek Squad. Most of my contact is done via remotely (on line) but there are times when I still need to take a PC into the Geek Squad in Best Buy. I use their services at least once a month and am confident I could not find better professional service anywhere else. An added plus in they are available 24/7/

Just knowing there’s added protection to the devices you buy is a great peace of mind as you’ll never know when something could go wrong and trust me instead of spending back that full price for the item especially if it was expensive it’s good to know you are cover thumbs up to Best Buy

Have not had to use the service yet. But it is nice to know I do not have to worry about the Car Radio dying yet. Its very good quality so If I have to re-install it it would be nice to have

It doesn't always make sense to buy geek squad protection (sometimes it's more than half the price of the product but I hope that's just bad oversight on pricing algorithms). I think it does make sense here though. I've used it before, and there's usually no hassle.

Yes it is extra, but that relatively small amount really came in handy for me. The sound on my unit starting cutting in and out. I took it back to the BB store that installed it. They got me right in, and took care of the problem without any charge. Been working great ever since...
