Always try to get “open box” or demo models when buying appliances. Best thing is Best Buy still offers warranty extended coverage on these items

This machine has the water filled technology It's a large capacity but if you put a big load in there there's going to be laundry detergent or if you put baking soda it all be left on whatever was on the top of your load. The loads don't wash good on the top we always have to wash our loads of second time because they just don't smell like they've been cleaned at the bottom it does but not at the top which means I'm getting ready to call for service because the water is not filling up like it should. I do not recommend this washing machine is horrible

They installed the washer in a very short time I was very surprised.

This dryer caused damage to our house from overheating. There is a clear flaw in Geek Squad Protection Plans - they are only good for minor repairs. I was passed on to their insurance company for the damage - Sedgwick - it’s coming up on a year and I have revived no reply from them. I called Best Buy for a claim number so I could go at the insurance company and because of some strange internal policy they will not give it to me. I also called the escalation department who said the insurance company would call within 24 hours …. and still got no response.It’s really silly at this point and it’s wise to be cautious of this program - if something larger happens to your appliance- you will get no where - there are other companies that offer much better plans so it’s important to shop around.

Installation was overall great. they navigated a difficult door situation with ease. Forgot a couple things, otherwise would be 5 stars!

Had motor went out in the dryer within 3 months of purchasing. The washer keep having F3 codes and they can't figure out what it is. But every so often it lets all the water back out and tells you to empty the washer.. We purchased this brand because it came highly recommended. Sometimes the dryer doesn't dry the clothes throughly or it ask to reposition the clothes and its like only 2 or 3 garments in it. Not satisfied. 2 stars because it looks great.
