Great battery easygoing to fly simple to learn be very careful with kids under 17

I was looking for a quad that had fpv and good photo capabilities. This deal came up at Best Buy I couldn't pass up. It flys smooth and fpv picture is great

I have flown it about 6 times with absolutely no problems using a Hero 4 silver

A drone that used to cost 1k and now selling for 299 with additional free item. Can't beat the price if you have a GoPro hero 3plus to 4 black. It does utilized wifi connection which limit the range to 1 miles. But if you upgrade the wifi card or antenna it will get you more range for about 200 dollar more. Great for amateur drone filming.

Works as expected. Easy to integrate with my GoPro Hero 3+.

Get amazing aerial images with this It uses GPS, a gyroscope and an accelerator data to keep stable in flight, and its solo gimbal lets the GoPro pan and tilt to get exciting shots. The included backpack's foam padding protects this drone! GREAT BUNDLE

Until I flew it straight into the Pacific Ocean. Most likely was user error because I had it in the fastest sport mode flying it over 2000 ft away and it was losing signal and apparently ended up close to the water. Was fun while it lasted. Moving on to the Mavic Pro as it is still being made. Thanks 3dr.

The product arrived and looks good. I have not flown yet due to camera compatibility issue. Waiting for a new gopro to arrive. The only camera that work with this drone is GoPro 3/3+ Black edition or GoPro 4. Not sure about the 5 or not. Also session cameras will not work either. While this is an inexpensive drone for the quality and capabilities plan on doubling your cost if you do not already own one of the compatible GoPros .

This 3DR Solo drone is an awesome deal. Features of much more expensive drones for a fraction of the price. Backpack is perfect and is quite well built. Even though company is no longer producing these, they are still making commercial drones and support is there should you need it.

I have been thinking about a drone for some photography, but could not see mtself spending $1000.00 plus to get a decent one, this one fits the bill for what I need .

I got the back pack and extra battery and all for a great deal. The back pack is great for the to go and I should have bought more but the deal is out of stock. I recommend to a friend and he bought one too.

This package was an exceptional deal. I actually purchased it as a backup to my existing 3dr solo. I do aerial photography professionally and a day of downtime would be more costly than the purchase price.

My husband absolutely loves this drone. Took him a while to figure out how to actually record from the gopro. Now that he has that figured out he is out every weekend flying. I would recommend this drone.

If you want a "Real" Drone versus a toy and don't want to break the bank, then this is the Drone for you. You can't find a better drone for the price. The only downfall is the high price of replacement propellers/accessories, and minimal support from the manufacturer.

Haven't yet fully used the item. It came in a large box packed neatly. Seems like a good purchase so far.
