Wish it had a bit more capacity, but by any measure, it's a battery. It works on the solo as intended. Problem really is the charger, which is somewhat slow for these batteries.

These are the only factory made batteries for the 3DR Solo Drone. There was only 1 manufacturing run and they still hold their initial charge. If you own a 3DR Solo, you will need these batteries. Original price was $150.00...now these can be found new for $30-$40.

I purchased multiple Solo quadrotors and the best way to stay in the air is to have several batteries. Now that you can get these for just under $100 for a pair, these are a great way to stay afloat. Stock up while you can on these since they aren't user replaceable if one goes bad.

The performance is pretty good with the battery lasting around 18 minutes per charge. The battery comes with a charge level indicator which helps when I can't remember which ones need to be recharged. I have a few different drones and the accessories on this one are all high level.

I've found the more I fly, the more batteries I want to have. When the lighting is good, you want to get as much quality footage as possible. I've found having at least 4 fully charged batteries covers me, in most situations. Although more is always better, so stock up.

Not much you can say about a battery, but it is reliable, never gets hot while charging, has a brilliantly lit LED system and holds charges reasonably well. An average 20 minutes per with GoPro attached to the Solo, so one can't complain. Good power for good tech.

I bought this as an extra battery and im glad i did b/c one battery doesn't last very long.

For the price it should last longer but a must have extra for added fun you only get about 15 minutes of fly time not 20 minutes I have 4 in my case

The solo smart battery is obviously the only battery you can use with a solo smart drone, the truth is if you own a solo you would probably want 4-5 batteries, flight time is 10-15min and if you are trying to shoot any thing you probably need 5-10 times that Flight time so it all boils down to how many charged batteries you have.... enjoy and happy flying!

This battery gives me about a solid 20min of flight time while taking video and actually flying solo, not just hovering I love that I can quickly check charge of these by just tapping the power button and watching the led's display from 1-8 led's

These batteries pack a good punch for powering your 3DR Solo. With enough juice to get you going for about a good 20 minutes. You're powered up and ready to go. Strongly recommend having at least 4 batteries in total for your Solo.

Needed a second one for traveling. Works great. No issues.

If you want undisturbed fun with your Solo, additional power packs are essential! Got 4 of those! Be aware, you extend endurance and live dramatically if you only charge them fully once there are empty and your Solo tells you so.

It's not going to break any records for flight time, but it definitely isn't lagging in flight time either. Pretty standard l, in my opinion. Replacing the battery on the drone is easy. Charging time was pretty reasonable, too.

When using the solo drone out and about, sometimes you need multiple batteries to get the job done-and this helps keep you in the air longer! Don't stress about "if you have enough flight time" and just get a few of these!

The battery is identical to the one that comes with the drone. It offers about 20 to 25 minutes of flight time I would highly recommend getting more than one of these if you want to continue flying longer than 25 minutes

What can you say about a smart battery except it works great.
