I bought this to replace an older switching box that was not HDMI, since all the new components in my home theater are. It works great, even switches automatically to the right device/TV combination when I turn them on. It was super easy to set up, and nothing complicated to do.

I needed to add HDMI ports to connect our computer to our TV but no ports left. Had other Rocketfish items that worked well for me so I had no problems buying this. It is a small unit so it was easy to find space for it. I had it installed in a few minutes. I put the cable box and the blu-ray player in the back of the unit. There is a front port that I use for the computer. This makes it easy to connect and disconnect. It has a remote that has not worked. Came with a dead battery. Replaced battery and still did not work. This was not a big deal for me so I didn't return it. Like I said it still does what I wanted well.

It was easy to set up and operate, have used it regularly for several weeks and have had no issues. Small and compact, it fits easily behind my tv and the remote works at a good range, though it does need direct line-of-sight to activate the sensor.

Needed to be able to add more devices to my TV than the number of HDMI ports it accommodated. This device was the perfect answer, comes with a remote, but haven't needed to use it as it automatically switches devices when they are activated.

While this switch is amazing, and performs very well most of the time, it does occasionally require a restart (is electronic, not mechanical). If it is left on for extended periods of time, and you change from one input to another, sometimes the signal cuts out entirely.

this is a great piece when in need of more HDMI ports... the selector switch on the box works just in case you loose the handy remote. really nice little piece and even has one port on the front for plugging in cameras and such...

I have my Blu-ray and Roku connected to the switch. It works very well for me and is easy to use. I was able to set it up myself, and the cable tech added it to my menu and made it easier to access on my control. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Works great! There is a little lag but that is to be expected.The hdmi cables that I installed are high speed 1080 from Rockfish.In the instructions it will tell you to use high speed cables.The remote you get with it works great.Very happy.

I have an older plasma 50 inch TV in my bedroom with only one HDMI cable input. This enables me to connect my Roku and Blue ray player. The TV still has a great picture. Now I can have it all. Also connects to Directv. Very satisfied. Easy to set up.

This product does pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Allows you to convert one HDMI port into 4. So far with gaming I haven't noticed any extra input lag or visual quality changes it's a really good switcher for the price!

Not sure what the negative reviews are about but this thing is great. Being able to switch between 4 different consoles/cable boxes is awesome. The controller is the icing on the cake!

With my LG 55 inch TV had to suffer with LG's stingy HDMI offerings, but the rocketfish 4-HDMI port solved those issues, with a recorder/streaming stick and Blu-ray now I have easy fast control over my HDMI devices-----very impressed with this hub!

This 4 port hdmi switch from Rocketfish performs very well. I purchased it because i was out of HDMI ports on my tv.. Not only does it give you more ports but automatically switches to the proper source plugged into the switch.

The remote is very handy and wasn't even aware when I bought the switch that there was a remote. You may have to reboot any PCs connected to the switch for them to recognize the device. Once I did that to all PCs, I have had ZERO problems with it.

This is the best box to use if you only have 2 HDMI ports on your older HD TV . This will allow you to connect more devices to your set. I have a 19 Inch HD tv which has only 1 HDMI port. This works on my other HD TVs.

After trying a similar product by Phillips, I was pleasantly surprised. This product really works well! The remote works well also. I do not regret this purchase at all. I am delighted to finally be able to control my high definition input devices by remote. Awesome!

Our sons room is small and so we have to maximize space. He has the mini Nintendo consoles hooked up to this on a small shelf plus amazon fire tv stick. Takes up little room but gives him tons of options. So grateful!!!!

I neededto connect sound bar to an older plasma tv.the fire stick wouldnt give me sound.i plugged the fire stick in the hdmi hub with the cable box hdmi and the roku hdmi.now i can remotley change items.works great

Works great. I'm switching between two sources for a projector, and it works as advertised. Switching is fast enough for me; I don't really switch while watching programing, just to change between a WD TV Live streaming box and a TV DVR. Remote works great, but as with all tiny remotes you worry about it slipping behind the sofa cushions or something and getting lost. But that is manageable since it isn't used frequently. Minuses? The blue indicator light is quite bright in a dim room. The switch happens to not be in the line-of-sight for my setup, so not a problem. But I can see how it could be for others. You could always cover it with some tape, however. Not a big deal.

I bought this primarily for 1080p sources. Switches just fine, even if the mini remote is useful but kind of unecessary. Worth getting if you need a functioning HDMI switcher.
