So glad this thing exists

The only slightly strange thing is one of the 4 ports is located on the front of the box instead of the back like the other 3. It looks a little messier plugging in a hdmi cable to the front of a device but its all good...just something to note

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to add additional HDMI to my TV, and it works great...now have an Xbox, Playstation and Apple TV connected to the switch and it recognizes which one is in use so I don't have to change the port manually...and it has a small remote ....

Good for Multiple inputs

I was hoping that it would allow for multiple component use such as my blue ray and surround sound at the same time. It may do this but so far I haven't figured out how.

Great for extra HDMI inputs

Really needed this because my tv only has 3 inputs. Had to connect my cable, blue ray, ps4, wii-u, Nintendo switch, laptop, and extra friends ps4. Gave it a 4 rating because it's not 4k. Great for 1080 3d.

Great for managing inputs on a TV with limited inp

I used to have to manually switch out devices and now all I do is hit the button on the remote for the device number I want and can easily manage all of them.
