    One of the 2 HDMI ports on the TV failed so I had to either get a new A/V receiver with HDMI (current has component only) or this HDMI switch box. The switch box being cheaper won and works well for what I expected. Only issue is remote to change inputs is small and the kids are able to "lose" it easier.

    Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store Performance: It does exactly what I needed. I have 3 HDMI devices connected to it and the remote control makes it really easy to change to that device without having to go to the device. The only feature I will loved is to automatically change from one device to another by detecting the signal of the other device, but for the prices, is really good. NOTE: It does not include the HDMI cable; you have to purchase it separately. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.
