This is a great product for connecting a few devices.

Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store Performance: It does exactly what I needed. I have 3 HDMI devices connected to it and the remote control makes it really easy to change to that device without having to go to the device. The only feature I will loved is to automatically change from one device to another by detecting the signal of the other device, but for the prices, is really good. NOTE: It does not include the HDMI cable; you have to purchase it separately. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.

The product is great. Does all that was promised and more.

Excellent product, works like a charm (as advertised).

Easy to setup. The auto switching works like it should, The only negative I have is that when you turn everything off the switch shuts off. When you turn something on the switch does not turn on automatically. Other than that it works like it should.

It's awesome, it avoids removing and changing cables

Needed a way to have two HDMI sources brought into one HDMI input in TV. This works and has four inputs to one output. It has it's own remote to switch and is easy to connect and work. To me a necessity, but seems expensive for what it does...
