He said No. when I got home, I found that my stereo has more than 3 extra HDMI ports, this relieving me from needing a splitter....

This also allows for switching between the devices manually and through the supplied remote controller.

Works pretty good

The audio works okay but the built in hdmi switch stopped working. So far it works ok. The only thing I noticed was that it took a couple of seconds between switching. At first I thought it wasn't going to work, but it did.

Gives extra HDMI ports when needed
