Small, compact port extender giving several more HDMI ports if needed. The signal does not lesson by using this device and still and excellent picture comes through when using this port extender.

Great product when you buy a TV with only 1 HDMI input! The pros; it works well for connecting other HDMI equipment The Cons; It has to be turned on with its own remote each time instead of staying on all the time, The tiny remote is nice but easily mislaid (I velcro mine to the switch), I think it said it would recognize the device in use and go to that one but maybe I mis-read that ? I bought this for my Dad but it's just another remote that he doesn't understand (he is in his 80's) so I ended up not using it for now.

This device works as advertised and automatically swtches between most HDMI sources. The only problem I have is one source does not switch automatically probably due to the fact that it is not of the more advanced HDMI type. Everything else works fine and I see no problem with the slight switching delay I read in other reviews.
