My TV comes with 4 ports and I needed just a few more. Once you add in a sound bar, a PS3, a PS4, a Wii U, and then a cable box or apple TV, you're already over the 4 ports. This allowed me a simple way to add a couple more.

Easy set up - does the job! A bit pricey, but worth it!

I have one of these in my living room to connect all my devices to my tv. I needed one in my bedroom. Luckily it was on deal of the day. It’s too pricey otherwise. The remote on it sometimes acts up but if you get a Logitech remote to control all devices, it makes life a lot easier.

This device is very easy to set up and use and works well. The included remote is a nice touch too since the unit tends to turn itself off after a period of time where it is not used.

Used it to connect my roku and sound bar to my TV, easy!!

Great product! Easy to buy, a little confusing to setup.

My Visio TV only has two HDMI ports and I have more HDMI devises than ports, such as: Apple TV, PlayStation, and Verizon FiOS cable. Something has to go unplugged. So I went to Best Buy in search for a solution, and found this 4 Port HDMI selector. It does what it is advertised to do and works well. The only negative that took me a little time to figure out is that if you turn your devices off, but leave the selector on you will not have signal the next time you go to watch something. You have to turn the power off the selector and back on again, and then everything works fine. Not sure why that is, but it's the reason I can't give a 5 star rating.

This was easy to install and works as advertised except it does not always automatically switch to the active input. Easy to switch manually, however, with the remote.
