I have an older flat screen tv with very few HDMI ports, and this allows me to use it with all my newer equipment without having to disconnect anything-I can keep everything connected and ready for use.

Works for multiple connections, however you need to hit the button to get it to see your feed even when it's already on the right connection.

The description says that it automatically switches from one source to another when it notices its on. I questioned if this was true so I tried out this product. When reading the manual I became more skeptical when it said "only some products support this feature". Let me just say i tested it with all 3 gaming consoles, a common tv box, a bluray player, and a pc and this thing did not auto switch once. If you are fine adding another remote to the clutter i recommend this otherwise I'd look elsewhere.

This unit powers on automatically and senses which input is active. It also turns off automatically when the attached device is turned off. This is nice because even though it comes with a remote, it isn't necessary to use it in most cases.

Use this to route multiple devices throught the HDMI in port of my Samsung sound bar. While it comes with a remote, I use a Logitech 650 to control it.

I wanted to hook my Xbox up to my TV but the HDMI cord wouldn't reach and it was a pain so Geek Squad suggested this product and it works well but sometimes power goes out randomly.

This is my second Rocketfish HDMI Switch. The first one kept losing the connection. This one works well. I use it to connect my Chromecast and watch movies. Very happy with this one.

Overall this is a great HDMI switch to expand connectivity when for additional HDMI devices. The picture quality provided isn’t perfect but it gets the job done. I just wish it wasn’t auto on.

This product is great. It is lightweight so it can be mounted easily. There is a few second delay when switching between inputs but a few seconds doesn't kill me. If you are looking to change one hdmi port into 4 hdmi port, Than buy this one.

My old surround sound is awesome but it was lacking HDMI ports. This fixed it quite easily. The remote control was nice feature for hard to reach spots.

The design is so much sleeker than my previous splitter , also the front power light is not as intrusive as my previos model Switching between input sources is seamless if not automatic most times

Works well, switching could be easier if it auto detected a single source. When I turned one source on it would turn on the switch, but would not auto switch to the single source. Good value for the money though.

My tv had only one hdmi input and I needed two. Paid $50. Have to reset the device to the first hdmi setting each time I turn on the tv...inefficient.

I bought this product to hook up more HDMI cables than i have slots. When Chrome-cast and ROKU wouldn't work, I put it in a drawer and never used it

I needed to add an additional HDMI input to our bedroom TV. The TV only has two inputs. We have a Chromecast, blueray player and satellite box. I connected the satellite and the blueray to the switch. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is sometimes the switch does not automatically go to the device that is turned on. It also requires you to turn it off with the remote or at the switch. It would be a nice feature if it turned off when all connected devices were off.

The switchbox provides 4 inputs to a switchable single output. Works very well. Manual switching only, a remote would be good, but the item is pricey as is and that would ramp up the cost.

This device works as expected. At times it will automatically switch ports depending on which device is on but other times it will not. I'm not sure why it's so expensive but it does what it's supposed to do.

I bought this as an add on to my 5.1 surround sound bar. It does a great job. get good quality sound and video. A little expensive but I didn't have time to wait for a cheaper one to be shipped.

The only two things I don’t like about it is that the remote is too small( I keep losing it behind the cushions.) And it would be nice to have it voice controlled. OK, I like it a lot.

Works great! I only have one HDMI port on my TV. With this switcher I can hook up my Xbox and my DVD/VHS player/recorder easily. Still can add more.
