I baught this when I ran out of HDMI ports on my plasma tv. It works great it and is simple to set up.

I got this thinking I was gonna expand to more hdmi inputs. Well I did but at times. I have this going to a receiver too but sometimes it shows the picture sometimes it doesn't. I have to turn off or unplugs everything and redo it. I want a splitter that works all the time not partial and without me touching anything

much smaller than what I expected, which is actually a good thing. It works as described. I kept having to unplug a cable in order to plug my computer to the tv, this solved the problem. I got it on sale, a great sale and I bought it. sometimes the signal doesn't work right away so don't expect perfection but it works, only buy it on sale.

It makes very easy to switch between ports and you do not loose the quality on top of adding extra hdmi ports

Since most TV's don't have very many HDMI inputs something like this is almost a requirement. I've only had a couple issues where sound or video would be a bit wonky, but if I unplug the power to the switch for a few seconds and plug it back in it works fine. That has only happened 2 or 3 times. Other than that it works great and does what I need it to.

After trying--and returning--various devices from Amazon I went to Best Buy and actually looked before I bought. The device works well, although for some reason not with my Samsung BluRay player, which needed to be plugged directly into one of my 2 HDMI ports. Also, it needs to be plugged into a power strip since the USB port on my tv apparently puts out too little power.

Working well and have no issue with it, and it does it job well.

We currently have a television with limited HDMI inputs. Meaning each time we wanted to use a different device, we had to unplug one and plug the desired one in. The nice thing about this unit is that it automatically switches to the device that is sending data to the unit. The only drawback is that it stays powered up at all times unless you turn it off with the remote, but that's no big deal.

I bought this because my Samsung TV has on one HDMI port that works now and this HDMI switch works well with all my HDMI devices. At first my Roku would be giving me a purple screen every couple of days when I hooked it up to one of the HDMI inputs on this switch, but then I switched to a different input and it works fine and haven't had any issues so far.

Very quick to setup and easy to use. It also comes with a remote to change between inputs.
