I have multiple HDMI supported electronics and the TV I have only has 3. Using this unit allows for all my consoles to be played from one port. So I have a total of 6 useable ports without having to swap plugs all the time. This saves on wear and tear for the ports and cables since they stay plugged in all the time.

Easy connectability and use. Great quality and picture.

I am a big fan of the insignia TVs. The downside is that many times they don't come with enough HDMI ports the simple solution was this project. Easy set up easy to install and it just flat out works. You connect your different devices, in my case a cable box, WiiU, A DVD player and an Xbox one. I simply have to switch which input I am using and then that signal is sent to my TV.

With the addition of so many devices I was having to make choices on which to use and then switched out the hdmi cord to that device. With this all I have to do is press a button on the remote and it switches devices effortlessly. I can play my games, watch my tv, play dvds and more at the push of a button. I love it.

Works are advertised. Easy setup. Cheaper then running 4 HDMI cables.

Have an older Sony Bravia LCD where one of the HDMI ports burned out and left me with only one HDMI port to work with. With all the media devices I have needed more than just 1 HDMI port to work with, this little device allowed me to do that. The user interface is great and no complaints at all.

Pretty neat little HDMI extender allowing me to connect a PS4, HD DVD player and a Nintendo Switch off of my Westinghouse TV that did not have as many HDMI ports. Occasionally, have to turn it off then on again in order for the TV to recognize the channel but for the price, it does the job

I have had this item for several months now, and still have not ever had an issue. If you turn off one source, and turn on a new source it automatically switches, or you can just select the source you would like using they supplied remote . I rarely ever use the remote and don’t even have to think about this unit working, it just does.
