Sooo easy to set up and very inconspicuous. Exactly as advertised.

I have a Roku, DVD player and tv all together and had to switch between what I wanted to watch on the tv remote. With this 4-port, I turn it on and make the selection I want and can change without unplugging or getting up! Very convenient to use and a nice purchase.

I got this switch because I have too many devices and too few HDMI ports on my television. This was easy to set up and simple to use. Works effectively with no to minimal lag when you switch devices. A must-have for anyone with multiple gaming systems run through the same television.

resentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were few (less than 3) available at the store. Performance: It does exactly what I needed from this device. I love the remote control to select which channel to use (1 to 4). Just connect, plug and use, is that easy. The only downside I found (and possibly is just me) is that it doesn’t change automatically depending on the HDMI signal that is receiving, but with the remote control at hand, I can definitely live with that. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.

had to buy a 2nd one of these as one of the HDMI jacks went bad and since I was using a Samsung tv..... I didn't have 4 inputs. This thing does tend to go to sleep but the lights stay on as if it is still working. Sometimes you have to change channels on this device inorder for it to transmit.

There isn't much to say other than it does what it says it will do. The setup was easy and I got the result I expected. One thing is the controller doesn't change very easily to the 3rd option sometimes. Its like it gets hung for a second. That is why only 4 stars.

I did not have enough hdmi ports to accommodate my Xbox, Nintendo, and Blu-Ray player on the TV in my grandkids room. I wanted to make it as easy as possible for them to switch from one device to another without my help. This enables them to have all their devices connected and manage switching by themselves.

I had recently bought a port selector from a big box retailer. Having paid $85 for the item, I was quite angry when it burned out after only two months of use! I headed to Best Buy and the service was EXCELLENT! The sales person showed me the Rocketfish and I've never looked back! It's easy to use and works PERFECTLY! My only wish is that it came with a remote so I wouldn't have to get up when I want to switch electronics. And to think, I grew up in the age without remote controls! It's a GREAT product and totally worth the money!

needed to consolidate my cables going to the tv and saw that this was on the deal of the day so i picked one up. i had just went to the store the day before and looked at it and what do you know the next morning it was 50% off! score! works well and nice that it has a remote. lets see how long it last. overall good item.

I needed to connect my TV, sound bar, cable box and Chrome cast to one HDMI coming from the wall. This 4 port switch serves my needs. The remote is very small it easily slips between the sofa's. I need to check if this is compatible to program into the universal remote.

I am extremely happy with this purchase. I had a switch I bought years go on clearance at Best Buy. It worked, but I never realized I needed one that plugged into a wall - in other words, that was powered. I always noticed my tv and Xbox "surging" at intervals, especially when my AC or heat came on, or a light was turned on. I recently noticed my surge protector on my Xbox going out. I thought I needed a new surge protector. I moved to a new house and had the same issues, so I thought it was the switch. I researched the switches on BB's website and based on the reviews, purchased this one. I am not disappointed! It works right out of the box-just plug it into the wall and plug in the USB cables. I have not had an issue with surges since! And my Xbox surge protector works perfectly now. So money well spent, purchased on sale, I believe under $30. The surge protector for Xbox would have been triple that! I appreciate BB for quality products, return policy and variety of items to choose from!

I really like how streamlined connecting the wires look. The only downside is that I'm having some issues with getting a signal automatically on my tv and I have to turn off/on the HDMI switch. However, I feel I may have made a mistake when setting up.

This is a quality switcher and the remote works well. It is also convenient having the 4th hdmi input on the front of the device as a sort of auxiliary input. The only negative is that the cost seemed high compared to some other switchers.

I am able to hook up the kids PS4, my Directv box and Chromecast to my tv without having to unplug any of them. Remote really small and has been misplaced a couple of times but was able to switch back and forth between each device manually by pushing the button on the deviverge itself.

I had previously purchased the same 4-port HDMI switch and I loved it so I had to purchase another one for my bedroom. I can have 4 different devices connected all at once and it automatically switches when I turn the power to any device on. If you have multiple devices you want to connect to your TV via HDMI then this is the answer.

This is the second one of these that I have purchased. Not because the first one was bad, but I found another use for one in my house. Works great to split my DVD player, game system, and direct TV to my television. Simple to use and works.
