I needed something to add additional components to my tv bc I didn’t have enough ports. This is the 2nd one I have bought (the first one got cheap one from Walmart and returned it). Anyway it works great have Apple TV and DVD player hooked up and it works great with the tv.

I was nervous reading about these devices and some of the handshake issues, but it works well on a Sony Grand Wega inputting xBox, Dish TV, and Apple TV. Would be nice if the TV remote controlled it too. Only had for 2 months, but good so far.

I have a 4K TV and just like everybody else I have so many devices that I need to connect my TV, but I only have 3 HDMI ports available. This Ricketfish HDMI switch is the solution to my multi-device issue with few hdmi ports. Even this HDMI Switch is not 4k, you at least get 1080p

Wasn't sure about this purchase. With only 2 HDMI's on my Samsung 58" TV I needed more space for other peripherals. I was concerned about drop of and lag time with the devices I plugged into this. They all work fine and as I have my TV mounted, there is easy accessibility to this 4-port HDMI switch.

This was a replacement for a previous Rocketfish switch box which was 6+ years old. This is used because we have multiple HDMI devices but only two ports on our TV. This works great and allows us to easily switch between Apple TV, Xbox, Playstation, etc.

I tried Amazon for the cheaper models and they really good for about a week( 2 different units I purchased for a lot cheaper ) finally I went to best but and got this one and boy does it work great I haven't had one single issue and I've had it for a few months now. you get what you pay for.

This was useful to expand the number of HDMI ports I could connect to my tv. I have it connected to my harmony remote and it does not always turn on properly which is annoying to manually correct, but does the job the majority of the time.

Unfortunately tv only has 2 HDMI ports and I need to connect digital receiver, Apple TV and Blu-ray. So far I haven’t had ant problems and it switches between DVD player and Apple TV with no problems. It comes with a remote so you don’t have to get up to change or power on/ off.

My TV has 4 HDMI inputs only and I have several options to plug to my TV, I got this switch for my 1080p video games so I don’t have to plug and unplug all the time, I have a 4K switch for my PS4pro and blue ray equipment. Great option if you have more than 4 sources you want to have available on your TV, you just choose the output on the TV then the output on the switch and no need to plug and unplug anymore. Got this on sale and it has been a very good option for 1080p sources and great value.

While this HDMI "hub" is higher in price, it was very easy to set up and worked immediately. Tried another highly recommended unit that cost less but it would not work with our TV, perhaps b/c it was older. Since we got it have had zero problems. And we have additional open ports should we ever need them.

I have all these great gadgets that I want to hook in high def to my big screen but did not have enough ports and this Rocketfish switch did the trick. One thing to keep in mind is an occasional boot when you experience intermittent video drop offs.

Would have given it 5 stars but in my configuration using the box to run multiple hdmi connected devices to my one hdmi port on my tv, the description said it should automatically switch when I turn a device on, but it does not so don't lose the tiny remote control.

Works flawlessly. Was without my amp for a few weeks while getting repaired....rather than hook up all my cables back up to the tv, I bought this and it allowed me to keep all my wiring the same and temporarily replaced my amps passthrough!

This product has worked as expected. A nice feature is the remote control for the switch allowing for more versatility in the location of the switch. It is also a plus for those of us who may have an issue separating our back sides from the sitting position.

I picked this up on sale for my desk at home. I use two monitors to connect to my laptop, and I just needed more HDMI inputs so I could have more than my laptop connected (such as a video game console, or chromecast, etc.). Love the included remote - makes it easy to switch inputs.

I used this in order to plug multiple consoles & my computer to my computer screen. Works great, can quickly move between all three consoles and my computer w/out having to mess with all my cables every time. Nice solid piece of equipment.

now I don’t have to plug and unplug my HDMI cables when I’m using different devices. A month after I purchased this, I have just set it up to connect my XboxOne, Nintendo Switch, Super Nintendo and my firestick.

I needed to expanded my tv HDMI connections to support an XBOXone. It works great. My only issue is that I have to move the switch each time I turn on the tv so that I can watch tv. It definitely does what I need it to do.

I thought I needed a splitter for HDMI and the technician recommended this Rocketfish swtich. It was a little more than I wanted to pay but in the end it worked out better and I was able to connect the DVR, XBOX and cable box. Im very happy and the image on TV is very clear. Im very happy I purchased it.

I have a tv with only 2 HMDI ports and I wanted to be able plug in other devices. It allows me to have more ports than I need. One downside is that there is a lag time when you switch from one port to another which can last several seconds.
