    You can only use it once. I list the charger cord for my vacuum even with the warranty I had to get a gift card and repurchase a new vacuum the new vacuum would not have the warranty and you won’t get your money back ( mind you I lost the cord only a month later)

    Rarely is my product review commentary listed as negative, disgruntled, or proposed by a rating remark below 3.5-4.0 stars, however, I am encouraged to warn our fellow American, and am hopeful that the SHARK brand corporate manufacturer shall read and review my statement to warrant the future circulation of any mediocre product items, and as well as to persuade a significant decrease within the SHARK brand product cost which most definitely fails to align with the overall value, material specifications, and deceitful intent disguised as the vibrant color and design of the SHARK product item presentation.     Bought this cause I thought it would be great without having to plug it in, but I found that the battery dies really fast and it didn’t pick up the way I wanted to I would not recommend this one so I brought it back with no problems. Best Buy took it back and said they’re sorry that didn’t work out

    Bestbuy protection plan on Dyson is not great

    We buy a new Dyson vacuum in December of 2022 for 500$ plus taxes and 150$ protection plan. This week the vacuum got dropped and stopped working. Bestbuy rep told us that they don’t repair vacuums or they don’t exchange them but they can credit us 500$. Same vacuum today costs 550$ plus taxes again, plus 150$ protection plan again. Definitely disappointing protection where they can even repair, test, troubleshoot or exchange it. Not recommended overall.

    No longer worth it. I used to love these plans. Sales reps say that if anything happens to the item, bring it back to the store and it will either be repaired, or I'll walk out of the store with a replacement. Not true anymore. I took my broken vac in to the store. They were only willing to refund the original highly discounted sale price I paid to use towards purchasing a new one at full price. In order to walk out of the store with a comparable model, I would have to spend almost double the price of my first one. I check with support online after I got home. They said I only have a "repair" warranty, not the "replacement" warranty (which apparently doesn't exist for vacuums). But they weren't interested in repairing it either. So basically the warranty is that I purchased the option of an extended return period. Which is OK, but definitely not worth the price they charged me.

    Had almost a year. Started out really good - quick assembly, good suction. Then a few months in, it started cutting off. Looked it up online and it said this is likely due to a clog. Sure enough, found some clogs and all was well. Then lately, it's started to do this whether I could find a clog or not. Have to let it sit awhile before it will run and then cuts off again! I have washed the filter and the cup and that didn't change anything! Now, I can hardly get the cup lid back on and the whole until back into place! Not user friendly!

    When it works, it works good but in 1 year I’ve had 5 warranty repairs + a complete replacement. It doesn’t do well around rugs and constantly get stuck and cancels the remainder of the house.

    There was small off level tile spot in my kitchen. I was going back and forth a little slower than a vaccuum. When I went over it. the machine became much louder. Something happened underneath like more air is coming through some where. The roller stopped. The solution had plenty left and the fill tank was still almost empty. This is my first use. I had it shipped to another state where i was moving to. And it is past my return time by 10 days.

    Geek squad was unable to repair my problem a replacement would take 2 weeks. I. Ended up spending more money on a different brand because I did get a refund however I had to buy a whole knee warranty again. So it’s not truly 2years it’s 1 incident for up to 2 years and the product still had warranty only had it less than 6 months. I don’t feel good about the outcome of purchasing or using the warranty

    The vacuum is really good ,after a month using it starts getting problems,is overwhelming I pay a good amount of money for the best and only one month for return.

    I needed their service for a few items and it was a challenge that they did not complete. When they installed software to my computer, they changed the password without my permission or knowledge. When I brought my computer home, I could not log on. I called and was then informed that the password was changed by the tech. Who does that?

    It was good at the start but, later on the power of it just left. It’s decent but, better opinions return and had zero issues with the Geek Squad service.

    At first, I loved the idea of getting this vacuum but after using it I wasn't the best option battery dies too fast, and lose the power while using the vacuum even tho is charged.

    My steam mop stop working after 11 months. I took it back to bestbuy and got a refund of the mop cost but nothing back for my 3 year protection (Refund was easy). I feel I should get some money back as I did not get 3 years of protection.

    I loved using my protection plans but then they have not helped me out since I was hospitalized due to illness and COVID, I missed the date for my policy to fix my cracked screen and they will not let me bring it in one last time.
