I recently used Geek Squad for , Tineco Floor One S3 and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. What I loved: Professional and Knowledgeable Staff: The team was incredibly friendly and explained everything they were doing in simple terms. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Efficient Service: My issue was resolved quickly, and they even provided tips to avoid future problems. Convenient Scheduling: Booking an appointment was straightforward, and they showed up on time, which I really appreciated. What could be the quality of service made it worth it. It would be great if there were more flexible appointment times during weekends. Overall, Geek Squad exceeded my expectations. This is the best sweeper I have ever used. This protection plan ever. If it stop charging, or the belt breaks. Call the store and explain problem and you get a new one. If they are out of them, your service person will order you a new one and its shipped right to your house. Win win!

was incredibly pleased with my recent Geek Squad experience. My in-store appointment was prompt, and the agent quickly took my failing Roomba for service. Even better, when it was determined that the Roomba couldn't be repaired, they immediately issued me an in-store gift card for the full original purchase price. This excellent customer service turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. I highly recommend Geek Squad for their efficient and helpful service.

Getting this accidental insurance actually works. I accidentally dropped it and the casing broke. I took it in expecting them to replace the casing. Instead they told me to leave the broken one with them and go get a new one!

They were very helpful and were able to help me get a replacement for a product we didn’t want to lose.
