Most of the time my printer falls off line and disconnect, I can’t just click scan and scan to my printer. I have to only use the app and that’s very inconvenient. My other Hp allowed me to scan to email but this one doesn’t. So if I could I would not get again.

Terrible Customer Service

I went to the store, after speaking to a member from the geek squad to pick up my new computer. They did not inform me I had to sign up for a number to be serviced. I arrived and waiting around as my representative, ignored me too busy with another customer. It was late in the evening. Another customer walked in and after I had waited for approx. 30 mins on line, he took the customer that had just arrived before me because he had a number and I did not. This was very upsetting, I was not informed of this process and it was getting later. I had my child with me, she was restless, it was a school night, and I expected to have been serviced as I came in because I spoke with the representative, he did not say you will have to wait, or you should take a number so we can service you correctly. When I interupted him to ask him what was happening, he was even ruder than ignorning me. I was even more upset and cancelled my purchase.

Be ready for a hassle
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for a HP Printer.. was a pain in the rear.. had to package and ship the HUGE HEAVY printer twice for them to attempt to fix it.. fail times two…. Took forever and was a hassle to finally get my money back.. keep in mind all the time wasted and I lost printing time.

Not for picture printing

Not great for pictures because it will print with a boarder. This printer is a boarder photo printer as told by an HP specialist. Meaning you do not have the option to printer pictures with no boarders.

We asked nicely for them to disconnect to our computer but they didn't want to. Eventually we figured it out on our own and gave them credit so they would disconnect from our computer.

Geek squad is trying to renew..

I keep getting messages that it will be renewed..I want to cancel renewal. I can't seem to check this request and insure that you do not renew this contract...I am downsizing and can no longer afford to have this..Why do I keep getting messages that they will automatically renew??

Bought for my latop.

I am not sure where they are getting these batteries from but I would have to assume somebody is sending it by foot and boat from china in order to get it here. Not sure why they can't order the new battery to the store and just have me pick it up or bring my laptop in. I need my PC for work.

Slow and Not Compatible

Replacement Printer

Had to unplug & replug it in to reboot before it would print again. this was happening too frequently. Our Total Tech guy thought there was an internal hardware issue so it was returned for a full credit.

After my enjoyment of having a "white glove" delivery for my Xfinity chair still sitting in my living room in the box, I can't guarantee anything from them anymore, have o idea as to what happened to them. But I'm thinking the BX might be a safer place to do business.

Extended Warranties are a Life Saver!

I was on the phone with HP tech support, and we both decided it was time for an upgrade. Thanks to my extended warranty via Best Buy/Geek Squad, I received the entire amount back on the dis-functioning printer and applied toward the new printer.

Cute, but not practical.

I can see this keyboard being functional occasionally at home, but it doesn't compare to having it all together in one place. Especially for college use in small work areas, it's just too bulky with no real way to keep mouse, keyboard and tablet together. It was just better to return and bought her a netbook, instead.

Purposely Deceptive Wording

It says that you will be reimbursed if they don't have the product in stock, but what they don't say is that it is only store credit. It is still a good deal but there was no need to be purposely deceptive.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this replacement plan without knowing if needed. turns out didnt, never would have, and really wasnt a value payoff. geek squad is great otherwise, pick replacement plans appropriate for electronic item bought is my advice next time. think it through. many other plans bought with purchase in past much more valuable.

Need improvement
