BB warranty sent false info, dissatisfied.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a Sony lens open box in EXCELLENT condition, did not work at all, took back next day. With a mfg warranty and additional BB warranty, sent to repair, 4 weeks later, not repairable. BB email Geek Squad APPROVED NEW REPLACEMENT, NOT STORE CREDIT. Went to store and 4 phone calls with CS, told only store credit, even though 2 warranties and approval for NEW REPLACEMENT. Didnt even refund for the warranty we paid for. But Best Buy will get their money back from Sony MFG. Crappy way to do business bestbuy, from a loyal customer of over 20 years.

I once drop a camera and the dushebag of the bestbuy in North Dartmouth did not wanted to replace the camera and made a note for me to lose my item. They say they replace it if they can’t repair it but according to this guy they can decline to reimburse you even if they can’t fix it.

Not geek squad but Sony

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've heard about how they have terrible focusing issues with sigma is, but ignored it who warned me. So when I got it, sure enough it would NOT focus. I would never buy sigma again. please just get a canon brand lens. They're more expensive, but way more worth it because my canon is so much better to me. Sigmas might be sharp when they want to work, but to get 15 sharp images out of 300 out of focus images is not worth it.
