wise to have the protection, though Best Buy sells it as being higher-value than it is. More steps and less easy than promised, but still helpful

I luckily have not needed to use my protection plan, but it is great to have just in case I do have a drop occur. I think it's good for the lens because that is what bumps into stuff more often. Plus manufacturer warranty only covers the defects portion and not damage. I just wish the protection plans were a little less expensive, but I understand the reasoning behind the prices.

The geeks are really helpful, with anything that you buy from the store.

Cant beat the price of the plan. I hope I don't have to use. But if something happens other than it getting stolen, I am covered. Have used the BB protection on a different item. They just gave me a gift card for the price I paid.

I am partially satisfied, because I thought that this warranty picked up after the manufacturer warranty, however, it runs concurrent with manufacturer warranty.

Good I guess, its an insurance plan essentially and I hope I never have to use it.

I always get the accidental protection on all my electronics. you never know whats going to happen. Never hurts to have a backup plan.
