Geek Squad installation and 4 year protection plan

When we purchased our Toshiba television we also purchased the 4 year protection plan and the geek squad installation package. The installation went very well and the television was great until the picture started to go out after over three and a half years. After calling for service an appointment was made the Geek Squad was promptly out to inspect the television. When it was found to be un-repairable they made arrangement for me to acquire a new television through my warranty and I received full value for my used set. Needless to say, when I purchased my new set I purchased a new warranty and because I had the warranty with the old set the geek squad delivered my new set, set it up, and removed the old set. I highly recommend the warranty program and the terrific service of the Geek Squad.

Always great to purchase the GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLAN however in this case didn't get to use it at all or have to call in for trouble shooting..

I bought this protection for my TV and I am satisfied from it. They do a great job every time I have any issue. It is a good protection service and worth it.
