Haven’t had to use yet but glad I purchased. To be continued…

I got this AC in july 9 of 2022 and by May 2024 it's not working like I first got it have it set to 64 and my Bedroom doesn't got below 72 degrees how does that happen

I always try to purchase some kind of warranty for all my big purchases I haven’t had to use GeekSquad yet for any of my most recent purchases but I have a couple time years ago and they helped me so much so after that I decided it’s a must to buy when I purchase things I know can possibly break or something happen to it and I can’t fix it.

I recently had to use this service because my air conditioner would not turn on, I’ve had it less than a year. I just went to the store with the ac and they gave me a credit so I could buy another one. I highly recommend getting the Insurance on any electronic you get, especially the most expensive ones.

I always purchase the protection, because you never know when something you bought turns out to be defective. That's exactly what happened. I bought a defective product, and there were no questions asked when I took it back to Best Buy. Some people say you don't need it, but from my experience, I would recommend always buying the protection.

The first apple computer I bought from Best Buy had a problem and when I took it in they had no problems just replacing it. Also the same happened with an air conditioner and I just selected a different one because the first one I purchased was not in stock and love the new one I have

This thing really cools! We bought it for the indoor space on the 3rd floor that leads to the balcony as a cheaper option instead of running complete ductwork or a mini-split. Best decision ever.

Best insurance out of any electronics shop ive bought stuff from. Any issues ive had with previous items that have had insurance have always been fixed or replaced promptly. Worth the money for peace of mind if anything ever gets broken or needs fixing

get the longest warranty possible. I have found that warranties usually expire by the time something breaks but if you get the longest warranty then you can usually utilize it when the items breaks.

Geek squad is great they help with everything when your in trouble with your product they go out of their way to help i always buy geek squad protection they have your back 100% my microwave died they replaced immediately my washer got messed up they fixed it geek squad makes house calls too geek squad rocks

I always get an extended warranty. Have never been sorry. When there is a problem it is quickly resolved. This is one of the reasons why I buy at Best Buy. You can’t beat the price anywhere.

I purchased the extended service protection. I have not had to use it yet, which is great, but what I can say is that it was simple to purchase, reasonably priced, and the terms were made very clear.

It was absolutely piece of mind having the Geek Squad do all the work! Money well spent!
