After a year of sending back defective neato vacuums (due to our old antique floors), we finally took bestbuy up on our protection offer and it saved us the cost of buying a new vacuum all together! Highly recommended!

By having the 2year protection my husband and I were able to trade in our old neato without any hassle and they matched the price we bought it for originally. We don’t buy anything without this protection plan.

They tell you that it covers everything except if you beat up the item yourself, which is fair. But it doesn't really cover repair. It's only for a replacement. Don't get me wrong, they make the replacement easy. But, what if I don't want it replaced? I just want it fixed? Here's the reason why. You pay for 2 years on a repair warranty, you can get it fixed 20 times if you'd like during those 2 years. This replacement is only 1 time. Let's say 4 months later, the item is broke and you replace it, then you paid for only 4 months. Want it again? You have to pay again. Best Buy's service is pretty good though. Just consider what I said before purchasing this protection. If might be worth it for you.

Highly recommend if u purchase something over $300. Minor issues can become major inconvenience, thus this protection plan helps alleviate the issue.

I normally do not buy any warranties for any products I purchase however I always buy the 2 year warranty from Best Buy. If something goes wrong with the product I can easily exchange it without any issues.

the best buy protection plan has always been a no hassle warranty purchase. I normally don't buy extended warranties because of the hassle but this one is good.

The protection coverage is for the Roomba vacuum. I haven’t had it yet but supposedly if it breaks or stops working they will replace it for free for up to 4 years you can’t beat that

The squad is sometimes hard to connect to, but when they get on a problem they solve it. It may take over an hour but I have never stumped them yet and I have used the service over a decade.
