Every item you buy in BB should be protected. You get a peace of mind and they fix or replace what needs to be fixed or replaced. Love this service.

Totally recommend the protection plan on any item because you never know what may happen! And lease if something goes wrong I can bring it in to any Best Buy store even when I'm out of town.

I like having the warranty there that starts after the manufacturer warranty ends. Since this is for my mom, it gives me security that it will keep her with the vacuum she likes working fine!

even though they changed the way their plans are handled, I would still highly recommend the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement on purchases

If I have any complication with my device, just need to make appointment with Geek Squad and they are happy to resolve the issue.
