So far this machine has lived up to expectations, with none of the noted problems. I got it to replace a Dyson pet vacuum that was just becoming too hard on my wife's back because of the weight. She loves the way it cleans and the ease of use.

I always get geek squad protection on all my big purchases because it's cheaper than replacing. I have used it a few times on different items and I've walked out with brand new upgraded items because they didn't manufacture them any more

The agents were able to fix my computer quickly. They have always been able to explain something to me or show me how to do something on my computer. Would NOT be without geek squad protection.

Whenever I make a major purchase, I always buy it with the Geek Squad protection. It is a great money saver. I have had products such as a laptop and fitbit no longer work and the Geek Squad will either fix it or replace it. Really worth it.

We purchase ALL of our electronics and appliances at Best Buy and have been saved more than once by having purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan(s). Best Buy staff is always polite and helpful with resolving product issues and/or repairs.

If you have a problem the associate told me that you don't have to ship it, just bring it to the store and also the warranty goes on top of the 7 years shark gives you. So it's good for 9 or 11 years if you pick the 2 or 4 year plan

I have not had to use my 4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection, but I typically always get this, and when I have had to use it, they have been great!

This service is a must for my electronics. I also used it for the installation of my appliances. Most of the employees can fix the equipment which saves a trip to the store.

Great service, although they didnt repair my product, they did replace it as a one for one swap. No interview or inquisition about how the product broke, was worth the purchase

This allows me to have confidence in my purchase. Inexpensive on my item and I did not have to keep the recipt. If you sign up for rewards the info is stored electronically so a year down the road that lost receipt dosnt cost you.

I get my vaccum covered for 4 years for 14.99!! This is awesome. That means all the trouble for trying to fix it I could just send in to Geek Squad. No trying to fix it myself because at some point it breaks down.. they all do.

I normally do not add protection plan to my purchases but these days, since it's replaceable, I decided to get it on a few of the items I got from BB. It did pay off.

The technician was very knowledgeable about my washer. The only issue is that the part took weeks to become available and I had to pay over $ 100 to was clothes at the laundry mat.

Bought this because my other Blu Ray player took a giant poop right before the warranty ran out and Samsung told me to go youknowwhat myself. This one is a Sony. Take that, Samsung!!

Geek Squad is a MUST with small children. Always a blessing to have to be sure that what we paid for is working without spending money on needless repairs.
