Thanks to purchasing a protection plan on my Hoover vacuum when it proved to be a dissapointment I was offered a refund of the purchase price which I was able to apply to the purchase of a Bissel vacuum. Best Buy protection plans have proven to be invaluable over the years on the occasion when a product fails.

Worth investing in additional protection. One never knows if you will encounter product failure. If a problem surfaces with your purchase, the protection plan will provide you with an immediate resolution. Certainly provided me with peace of mind.

I purchase one on all my electronics. I’ve never have an issue returning a defective device when I have a product replacement plan.
