I always pay more to buy these geek squad warranties. I probably make use out of 75% of them so They generally pay off and are so simple to use. You bring device to store, tell them what’s wrong and then they check if there’s a replacement. If there isn’t, you get the full price paid back.

I purchase the Geek Squad protection that is offered on any product I purchase from BestBuy. They honor their agreement...and that helps when making a decision to buy most of my electronic products from BestBuy!

We have hardwoods downstairs and carpet upstairs. With that being said, the attachments and the ability to transform this product is great. The floor attachment is great and picks up all the dirt and dog hair. The carpet suction is better than our more expensive Kirby! Great product.

Bought this for my Neato D80 robotvac for peace of mind. have not used it, but read the fine print, and recognize what this covers and what it doesn't. Specifically, it covers battery replacement only once, but everything else for the duration of the 4 years.

Best thing you can ever get they will replace it with a new one no matter what.
