Given how easily robotic vacuums fail over time, this is almost a no brainier to buy. BB makes it pretty easy to turn the robot in and get your money back (without the cost of the warranty obviously). Just have to get something else in their store, but a lot easier than other warrantees offered by online stores.

I purchased this vacum from my favorite store where all the employees like a family. By the by, despite it holds charge about 30 minutes. This vacum does the job very sincerely. I can clean my 2800 sqft two stories very easily. Amazing product. Just love it. Go Dyson!!!!

For someone that is not very tech literate, this service is amazing! It has saved my computer more than once and the Geek Squad service agents are always super nice and helpful.

For the level of technology this warranty was bought for, the price isn't too bad and given that the tech is likely to fail in the next 4 years it's not a bad investment. Just be aware of the terms and time periods and be prepared to put up a little fight to get things taken care of when you need to make use of it.

I had a problem with my vacuum. Brought it into best buy and they gave me a new one no problem! will deal with geek squad more often.

I love the geek squad protection. But the problem is if it dies after only a year and you bought four years of protection you get screwed out of that other three years of protection.

I've owned this vacuum for over 5+ years and it maintained it's quality, suction, and durability. I rarely had to change the filter surprisingly. I never seen a top brand maintain it's peak throughout years of constant use. I have to give to Dyson for this specific model. I recently exchanged for a newer Dyson, hopefully it'll have the same outcome.

I have always enjoying using the Geek Squad. There are few questions and no judgement at all when taking a broken item in for service. They are always prompt and courteous.
