Love the geek squad two year standard protection plan

I haven't had to use it yet but it is nice assurance that should something happen it can be fixed

The Geek Squad coverage has paid off for me several times. I won’t buy anything of value without having it. Things don’t last anymore and the coverage lets you replace your item, if the need arises.

This thing has saved my bacon more times than I could count.

I purchased an extended warranty and forgot I had. My product went out and the store told me to just bring it back for a new one. Once they pulled my account to verify, I was good to go. Thanks Best Buy

Love having a warranty, use it when necessary are gets your items fixed

It is nice to have the peace of mind that no matter what might go wrong with our device, technicians will come to our home and repair or replace it.

In process of repairing laptop screen and a few other issues we are having. Still waiting on device return, but is has only been two weeks.

Good job could make things a little bit more easier to find on your accounts but otherwise very nice good job

I have never had an issue with returning a troubled item to Best Buy. If they wouldn't let me get a new item, they always gave me a gift card for the original price. I will keep on purchasing these protection plans on the items that matter and get used the most by myself.

Best price on extended warranty. Very easy process of you ever have to use it. Buy the one year membership and you get further discounts on installation, etc
