Yayy Geeks Squad, I haven't had to use you yet, but it's nice to know you're there!

I have been a member for many years. The Geek Squad has gotten me out of many difficult situations. I don't ever plan on being without my membership.

It keeps the room quite cool, sometimes it even feels too cold, which then I have to shut off the system for a bit. It does make some noise now and then but we found that only happens when the unit doesn't have drainage for the water. I love that it has the remote control to easily change the settings. I'm iverall happy with it and would recccomend others to purchase it.

getting this pretty much gives you 2 years returnable window... so my a/c I got this for wasn't getting the temp down after 10 months or so... BB said they don't repair these but just replace it... so they replaced it...!

Geek Squad Protection is a no brainer for me. The manufacturer's warranty is great, but the additional coverage I get with Geek Squad makes me feel a lot more secure with my purchase at Best Buy. I can't think of a reason not to get it!
