Agent was really nice and took my appliance and replaced it with a new one unfortunately didn’t have same appliance on stock but gave me different options.

I purchased my air conditioner on April 12 of 2023. The unit had a 1 year warranty. I also purchased the Geek Squad 2 year extended warranty which says they cover your product AFTER the manufacture warranty. Now i come home today and my ac has stopped working i called to get it warrantied and am told i no longer have a warranty that it expired in April of 2025. I informed them they were wrong then they tell me the first year of my extended warranty runs concurrent with the manufacture warranty. So now they are refusing to honor what is written on their website. I have taken screen shots of what is on there and will be reaching out to an attorney to get this fixed since this is a deceptive practice.

So happy about this protection. Will allow me some comfort.

My laptop had the "blue screen of death" the geek squad was able to download everything off my hard drive to an external drive, I am so revealed I did not loose any information.

The machine works great! It doesn't take long to achieve a comfortable humidity in my home. Just wish this one had a smart app to control from my phone.

It’s okay. I have not needed to use it but I do think the warranty should be longer for larger appliances such as portable ac.

Bought it for an AC hopefully really good to purchase with AC because you never know what can happen with the manufacturing.
